As a family business now run by the second generation, we bring traditional values together with modern solutions.
Founded in 1990 by Mehmet İpekçi, İpek Elektrik was actually built on an industry experience that began long before its founding. Our first steps at İstanbul's Perpa Trade Center were shaped in the early years by large-scale contracting projects; over time we grew into a strong wholesale and retail trading structure offering everything a building's electrical infrastructure needs, from end to end.
Today İpek Elektrik continues on its path as a family business run by the second generation. We turned the industry's digitalization into an opportunity and launched our e-commerce platform, 3faz.com; with the export experience we gained, we founded our own brand, Furno, and strengthened our presence in Europe through our affiliate in Germany, Fave. Keeping a close pulse on the industry, İpek Elektrik has also been part of A-TECH, Turkey's leading electrical and smart building technologies trade fair, since its founding.
